the room was super clean and tidy i was thrilled. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me

clean room and convenient location
air conditioned room easy walk helpful staff
the hotel had air conditioned rooms and cleanliness was apparent. i found it easy to walk to the tube, dlr, and river boats from here. i found the staff were helpful and friendly.
I found that the lack of windows made resting difficult. I could hear corridor noises. there seemed to be bad noise isolation.

compact STAY near canary wharf
convenient location kind staff
I found the staff genuinely lovely, from check-in to departure. Their kindness STOOD out. The location proved very convenient, especially with easy access to the nearby transport links. My room was clean. I really appreciated this aspect of my stay. I requested a quiet room and they granted my request before I arrived.
the pillows were unfortunately rock hard. I woke up a couple times throughout the night to ajust, but it was not enough.

My room featured effective air conditioning, particularly welcome after a long day exploring. Soap and towels were provided. I was pleased with that. The bathroom cleanliness was superb, and this added to the overall positive impression of the space.

Check-in and check-out were both self-service processes, I found this smooth and efficient. Staff members I encountered were polite. They were very helpful with directions. I noticed a genuine effort to maintain high service standards throughout my visit.

Breakfast offered a varied selection. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit options. While they didn't have a huge amount of options, i liked what they did have. The area for breakfast was clean and well-kept, so i liked that.

The hotel enjoys a favorable position, near many establishments. Convenient Uber boat access allowed easy trips along the Thames. It felt safe, too. I noticed several restaurants nearby. I could easily find dinner.

colorful lighting great location
The room had colorful LED lighting. That was fun. The location was also great. I could easily walk to a nearby diner. The Weatherspoons across the road was also handy.

Excellent Location and Super clean Rooms
convenient location friendly staff super clean room
The hotel is quite convenient, situated near public transport and Canary Wharf. I found the staff to be very amicable. The room was super clean upon my arrival, which I admire. It provided a very neat and cute environment.
I found that the rooms lack a fridge, water boiler, or coffeemaker. This absence made it slightly less convenient for preparing simple beverages in the room. I missed having those amenities available .

Several good restaurants are located right next to the hotel. The breakfast was light and quite satisfactory. I appreciated the proximity of dining options.
